    Patriotic Dunkaroo Dip

    Materials:

    • 8 oz. Whipped Topping
    • 3.4 oz. Box Vanilla Pudding Mix
    • 1 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
    • Patriotic Sprinkles
    • Cookies (For Dunking)

    Directions:

    1. In a large mixing bowl combine whipped topping, yogurt & pudding mix.
    2. Scoop into a serving bowl.
    3. Sprinkle sprinkles on top of the dip. You can even mix some into the dip.

    Winners of the 2025 MLFCU’s Annual Scholarship Program Announced

    MLFCU has announced the winners of its annual scholarship program. Each year, the program awards several scholarships – valued at $1,000 each – to graduating high school seniors to help reduce the financial burden of pursuing post-secondary education.

    Winners are selected based on their academic achievement, extracurricular involvement, and critical thinking and writing skills.

    You won’t need much to make these clever candy Easter baskets.

    Directions:

    1. Glue the candy boxes together as shown.
    2. Cut out a piece of cardboard that will fit the bottom of the basket. Glue it to the bottom of the boxes.
    3. Hot glue one end of the Laffy Taffy rope to the middle and top of the candy box. Glue the other end of the rope to the middle of the other box of candy. Do this one more time with the remaining rope.
    4. Fill the basket with grass and goodies.

    These peep fruit kabobs are a great alternative to sugary sweets and candy.  Not to mention, they are super easy to make!!

    Ingredients:

    • Wooden skewers
    • 1-2 packages of Peeps, more if you want a variety of color
    • Fresh fruit of your choice: You can use seedless white grapes cantaloupe, pineapple and strawberries

    1. Layer fruit on a skewer with a peep in the center.

  • Shamrock Pretzel Treats

    Shamrock Pretzel Treats

    You won’t need luck to make these!  Our festive Shamrock Pretzels are easy enough for kids to help make!

    Ingredients:

    • Pretzel Sticks
    • Mini Pretzel Twists
    • Rolo Candy
    • Green M&Ms (Try Dark Mint Chocolate M&M’s)

    Directions To Make Treats:

    1. Place three mini pretzels and one pretzel stick in a shamrock shape on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
    2. Place a Rolo candy in the middle of pretzels. Repeat with as many treats as you’d like to make.  Bake for 2 minutes at 250 degrees in the oven just until the chocolate starts to melt but not all the way melted.
    3. Gently press a green M&M in the middle of Rolo so that the chocolate connects all four pretzels.
    4. Freeze until chocolate is set.
