We have been informed that the after hours support number on the back of your new card is incorrect. It SHOULD be 1-888-467-7001.

Several of our members have received a phone call saying that their Debit Cards are “Frozen” or “Blocked”. The callers are requesting that you verify information before they will unblock. This IS NOT from the Credit Union, it is a phishing scam!! Do not give out any information. Please contact the credit union branch nearest you to confirm if there is an actual block on your card.
